Royal Neptun Hotel Dubrovnik

We had a comfortable stay at a family suite with great facilities and pools to enjoy. The spacious beach area was perfect for relaxation and the location was easily reachable to explore nearby attractions with Uber. recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location on the Babin kuk peninsula provided stunning views of the Adriatic and the nearby islands. The beach, Copacabana beach, was absolutely beautiful and offered a great place to relax and take in the coastal scenery. The room was stylish and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy. I also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where I was able to unwind and pamper myself with massages and beauty treatments. This place truly exceeded my expectations!

Had a very relaxing stay for a sea view room for our 2 night stay, will be back. Also, we liked how stunning the location was. The breakfast was incredible, the check in was early.

The rooms were spacious and well-presented, with everything we needed. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nicely laid out. There were plenty of toiletries provided and they were replenished each day. We also appreciated the free tea and coffee supplies, especially the 3 in 1 coffee. the wardrobe had plenty of space, although we had to bring extra coat hangers. the safe and fridge were also a nice touch, and there was no extra charge for using them. the food at the hotel was very good, with a wide selection and high quality. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had the best selection and quality of food we have experienced in our travels. the hotel also had a great location, with nice walks in the area and easy access to nearby beaches and attractions.

One of the main downsides of our stay was the chaotic breakfast buffet. There were too many people using the same restaurant, making it difficult to find a table at peak times.

I stayed at Royal Neptun for a week and had a great time. The staff, especially at Meditrraneo, were extremely helpful, even storing my ice packs for me every day. The rooms were spacious with two balconies, and the pools were beautiful. The hotel's location, while not in the old city walls, was actually a nice change and allowed me to interact with the locals. the hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I loved stuff and rooms - they where GOOD. The restaurant was nice, I ordered excellant dishes.

The upgraded room with majestic views, comfortable beds and toiletries. Many choices of pools, great for kids. Many restaurants with good food. Great service from staff. Jump off points from the cliff. Spas. Versatile breakfast buffet. Close to outside restaurants and beaches.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was amazing since it's right on a beautiful coastline with easy access to a nice beach! Secondly, the staff was really attentive and friendly, especially the managers who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Lastly, the spa and wellness center was great, we enjoyed a full body massage and it made our trip even more relaxing!

I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and lots of great amenities!

The hotel is located right next to the beach, allowing easy access for families with small kids to enjoy the sand and sea. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit and delicious pastries. The hotel also has great facilities, such as salt water pools and a lovely coastal path for walking.

There is a slight inconvenience with the layout of the hotel, with confusing levels and staircases.

The hotel had beautiful and modern decor, creating a lovely atmosphere. the staff were polite and welcoming, providing excellent service. the location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby and easy access to various attractions.

The beds were uncomfortable and my partner struggled to sleep due to the uneven bed. the Wi-Fi connection was poor, especially disappointing for my teenage daughter.
